This recipe takes 2 minutes to put together, and is such a satisfying breakfast. Better yet, all you have to do is grab and go in the morning.
Servings: 2 small portions
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut yogurt (we love Cocojune)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a 16 oz jar with a lid and mix well, ensuring the chia seeds don't clump.
Place in the refrigerator overnight, or 4-6 hours at least.
Serve with your favorite toppings. We love berries, nut butter, or hemp seeds for extra protein.
