Skip your usual daily $7 latte, and make this instead! It's packed with nutrients and makes you feel focused and productive, not to mention being insanely delicious. Feel free to play around with add-ins like cinnamon or vanilla extract.
Servings: 1 cup of coffee
Ingredients:
2 shots espresso
1-4 tsp MCT oil
1 scoop collagen powder
1-2 tsp maple syrup (or any sweetener of choice, honey and coconut sugar work great as well)
1/2 tsp cinnamon and/or vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
First, make your espresso shots. Heat your milk of choice on the stovetop until just bubbling, or you can use a frother instead.
Pour your espresso, hot milk, MCT oil, collagen, maple, and any other add-ins into a blender.
Blend on high for 15-20 seconds, or until frothy and well combined. Enjoy!
