These are so easy to make and are the perfect sweet treat for after dinner.
These bites are so addictive. They have barely any added sugar, and have probiotics as an added bonus. They are the perfect healthy treat to have on hand. The topping options are endless, so feel free to add your favorite fruit, granola, or nut butter as well.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt (I like Cocojune coconut yogurt)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup diced strawberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I love the Evolved brand)
Directions:
Line a baking sheet or a large plate with parchment paper.
Add your chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 30 second increments until melted, mixing each time in between.
Add the yogurt and maple syrup into a bowl and mix well. Scoop the yogurt into small 2-3 inch circles on the parchment.
Top each one with diced strawberries, and then drizzle generously with chocolate
